I'm Leslie Davis, Louisiana native transplanted to Missouri, now living and loving Alabama!

I love to cook and sharing recipes seems to come natural to me. I guess it's in my roots.

This is my second blog. I decided to create a separate site, a place where all my recipes could be easily shared and searched.  I share my Menu Plans every Monday here.

Here are a few more fun facts.

I am married to a great guy who still makes me laugh and who encourages me to explore my creative pursuits, no matter how varied. He also really enjoys my cooking efforts except when there are too many onions or vegetables.

I'm currently obsessed with painting furniture and decorating our home on a budget.

I am a freelance graphic designer.  I used to be scrapbook page designer.

 I run with our dog, Tucker,  a completely lovable golden doodle.
 
Obviously, I love to cook.
 
I love when our family and friends gather around the table and share a meal that is delicious and nutritious. Each meal we enjoy is a gift from God, prepared for those you love.
